Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has made a histogram for the number of bounced
checks by congressmen. I would imagine that if there were random problems
with the house banking system, the histogram should be of a gaussian(?) form.
At any rate, the statistics should suggest a cutoff on the number of bounced
checks so that one could say the congressman X was or was not a victim of the
banking system. I am not a statistician but this seems like an ideal problem
for statistics.
