Is there somebody can tell me about how to generate 2-D Gaussian
random noise. If there is available in the public domain or in the
literature, please let me know also where to get the source program
for that.
Please answer directly to me through the mail : juni@ss.titech.ac.jp
or through the news. Thanks in advance.
