Request for raster to Postscript program (SUN)

I need a program to convert SUN raster output to Postscript. I also need
advise on how to modify the program to work with the SUN high resolution
monitors. I have found a program called rps, but it does not work, and
I can't seem to figure out why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I will post a summary to this group.
