Hewlitt-Packard 42S Programmable calculator ($120 retail) Owner's manual Vinyl case Programmer's guide (sells seperately in stores for ~$10) This is a rugged, handy little calculator. It does bazillions of standard scientific functions, plus matrix operations, complex number manipulation, numerical integration, equation solving, and multiple regression with ANOVA and F-stats. It's menu-driven, and it has an infrared link to HP's calculator printer. It shows two lines of print on the screen, which is very handy with RPN calculators because it allows you to view the Y register as well as the X register. It has 7 kbytes of static RAM, which it uses very economically in programs. It's in excellent condition, but I'll part with it for $70- just over half what it costs new, or best offer. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Skip Sizemore, jks2j@faraday.clas.virginia.edu (804) 295-7632 US Mail: 2206 Jefferson Park Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
