Hi Netfolks:

I am looking for references to work on comparing "classifications"...
As for instance comparing two dendrograms for their dependence or
independence.

The references I have date back to the 70s. These are papers by 
F. James Rohlf, William Day, William Rand, D. M. Jackson,  and
Robert R.  Sokal.

I would like to get pointers to more recent works, if any. I would be
happy to share the bibliography I compile with others.
