Is Wolfram Res. still alive???

In the last few months I sent three e-mail messages to register@wri.com,
as well as a fax with my registration form of the (BUGGY) Mathematica v
2.0.4 and an order form for v. 2.1 for Windows.

Never got any answer!

Do you know what happened to Wolfram Research??

Maybe they are out of e-mail and fax, or simply they disregard
customers?

I used their document server at mathsource@wri.com yesterday by mail and
FTP, and the response was prompt. Perhaps you are doing something
incorrect or your mail is not being delivered or your return address is
not being handled correctly.

Wolfram Research, Inc. has classified advertisements in the December 1992 and
the January 1993 Notices of the AMS. Included are both US mail and email
addresses for respondents desiring to apply for the positions described in the
advertisements.

I've met a similar silence to queries to support@wri.com. I'm new to
Mathematica, so don't know if this is a temporary lapse. It would be
interesting to hear other people's experience. I could use the telephone
support, but I can describe problems more precisely using e-mail.

Maybe stimulated by this net-discussion, but I got now a very prompt
and nice reply from Wolfram reseaarch. Everything is ok now!
Hope it will continue...
