I'm considering practice management systems for a (large) group of multi-doctor (mostly GP) and hygiene practices. Any help, insight and/or anecdotes on what is good and what to stay away from would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all your help. John Zupancic (zupancic@voicenet.com)

What do you mean for "practice management system": - a computer software; - a useful bundle of policies and procedures, to manage the patients relationship, administration, finance, production, practice goals ecc. Thank-you for clearing-up.
