Since intelligence is a key factor in the success of society will future generations practice humane eugenics in the form of restrictions of the amount of pregnancies on low income people and encouragement of increased pregnancies in high income people or will future eugenics only involve gene manipulation and designer kids? Can hardly wait for the response!
