Chuck I took the NCLEX 1 yr ago, I bought a study guide by Sandra
Smith. A disk was included with it that had questions set up exactly
in the format used in the real test.  Also in her book are the same
questions with the answers and the rationale behind them. It's also a
great study guide broken down in each category. At the end of the test
it gives you a complete performance evaluation.
