	Server Problems now resolved

If you have tried (and failed} to reach the site over the last couple of
days, please accept my apologies.

According to my 'host':

"The server you were on overheated this morning and basically fried the
motherboard. We spent several hours frantically replacing it with a Dual
PII 400MHz with 512MB of ram and it's up and humming again. Our
apologies for this somewhat freakish disaster and we're doing our best
to make sure loads stay adequately low on all our servers so the
processors don't get too hot."

Plenty of vacancies in most areas;
and at many different grades:

Am not surprised there are many vacancies. Everyone with any sense is
leaving nursing in UK. Morale has never been lower. Managers don`t give a
damn about the carers - only themselves.
