If, in addition, you are against your country's, i.e. government's, whale
policy, then I think nobody has anything against you. This would include
not to take any profit from whale killing, and not to consume anything
made from whales.

so you prove that those officials who decided to kill whales are human.
Also making the fiction that there are "scientific" reasons for killing
whales seems to be human.

This, not with whales but your fishing industries, is probably one of the
*economic* reasons why your officials decided to kill them, besides that
they are hunted to be eaten.

Could someone please post in which issue ?

The main purpose of a boycott would be to urge your officials to stop
whale killing. Do you see any other way to achieve this ?
Of course, your country, as well as all others, should support the people in
Bosnia etc. with food and medicines. But I think that has nothing to do with
the whale issue.
