I just received some more info. on this subject in today's mail. The
Materials Research Soc. will have a short course on 23 April during
its spring meeting, on growth and characterization of diamond and
diamondlike films. Also of interest are Symposium H (Optical Matl's.
Processing and Science) and Symposium Q (Technology Update on Diamond
Films). Further info. Call the MRS Short Course Reg. Desk at 412-367-
3003, 8AM-5PM Eastern Time. The course is expensive ($375). General info.
on the MRS Spring Meeting is also available at the same ph. ##, just ask
for someone to help you with the Spring Meeting of the MRS in San Diego.
