i am interested in locating anyone out there in net.land with some
experience with InAs and/or PbS photodetectors. in particular i would
like to know more about the performance of these devices operating at
LN2 temperatures. i am currently using (trying to use) a room temperature
InAs detector and am finding it difficult to get enough light through
my antique Spex monochrometer.

in a similar vein, can anyone let me know the spec's on an RCA C31034A
photomultiplier tube? ie: what is the spectral operating range?

please e-mail any and all responses to me, if there is any other interest
i will be more than happy to post a summary.

thank you in advance for helping to shed some light on this problem ;-)

shine on...

jimbo
