 In regards to the survey entitled "How to improve the..."  I (and others)
 would recommend that people NOT respond until further explainations are
 forthcoming on:

1) who views the raw and compiled results.
  a) Internet resources are being used, the net as a whole should partially
     benefit.  Boston Consulting is not a non-profit organization and
     should give back to the community at least something.  
  b) privacy issues arise -- to me it appeared to be a marketting survey;
     which could be used to create a nice junk (e-)mail list.  I'd like
     assurances that this is not the case.
2) I'd like a more complete explaination of how this survey would "improve
   the speed, timeliness, etc..." of electornic information dissemination.
