Wiener/Volterra analysis question

I am looking for information about code or software for Wiener or Volterra
analysis and kernel estimation.  My MS thesis involves modeling of neural
sysetms by this method.  As I understand, NIH supports this area of research
and has some code available, although I have been unable to find any or to
confirm this. 

Any help would be appreciated.
