Dear Sirs:

Thank you very much for your reply. The 3rd International Conference on
Pumps and Fans has been approved by the National Committee of Education
in
China. It is planed that the conference will be held on 13-16 Octobor
1998.

Based on all replies, which we have got from the International Advisory
Committee members, We have decided, that the date for 3rd ICPF will be
on
the original date, that is, 13-16 October, 1998.

But we must change the conference place to another guest house in
Tsinghua
or other hotel near Tsinghua.  The detail information we shall inform
you in
the second announcement of 3rd ICPF.

I would appreciate if you could send your paper abstract in one month,
as
well as the Pre-registration form, if you intend to do.
