Hello John Dorsay,
   I find your post quite remarkable.  Are you posting from
alt.religion.scientology?  Are you a Scientologist?
   Merely your reference to the existence of the single
4th-Order Factor as being "remarkable" identifies you as
having more common sense and scientific intuition than
anyone I have previously encountered in my 9 years on
Usenet!
   It is a fact that L. Ron Hubbard knew a great deal about
Psychometry and Factor Analysis and that Scientology is
founded on psychometric research.
   I didn't get very far with the Scientologists.  Fact is
I'm an intellectual/theoretical type and the Scientologists
for the most part are dynamic movie star types, real show
business people who know how to motivate, organize and lead
people.
   However, just the name "Scientology" tells you these
people have recognized intuitively that there IS a
scientific basis to the phenomena of "God", and my discovery
certainly proves that they are correct in that notion, and
that psychometric personality tests etc. are a part of it.
   The time is coming however when the scientific proof of
God and Scientology are going to meet up again because it
turns out that the SPoG admits of "virtual reality"
applications which are going to make the Scientology dream
of changing someone's reality using technical means, a
reality.
   When these "virtual reality" applications become
available, it could very well initiate a second wave of
Scientology enthusiasm with likely very startling and
productive results.
   As for the reference to [42] that is lost on me... is
that a Scientology classification?
