You'd have to grep the slashdot article, read the comments section, and 
find the relevant poast where somwon links to some docs describing the 
law. IIRC its basicly this:if you posess a SW tool that can be used for 
hacking, you're assumed guilty in the UK.
Its fucking rediculous...but the gubmint in the UK is shite anyhow.
