	and Related Growth Methods

	EURO MBE -91 provides a major international forum for scientific
	and technical exchange of information among specialists working in
	the fields of epitaxy technology of III-V and II-VI compound semi-
	conductors and device engineering. In particular, it should improve
	the dialogue and interaction between those involved in growth,
	characterisation, and application of these materials to practical
	components and devices.

	o Growth reactions and kinetics in various MBE methods, including
	  CBE (chemical beam epitaxy)

	o Novel epitaxy growths

	o Epitaxy on silicon

	o Growth on patterned substrates

	o Characterization of material qualities
