Electrolysis produces Oxygen at the same rate as Hydrogen needed to recombine. Even if it was an issue, it's not an issue. You can whine till the cows come home, around about the same time as your lithium battery cars come through the driveway, cars are going Hydrogen, simple fact! Herc
