Doesn't having gravity "frozen" lead to some dificulty with regard to the normal interactions with objects? If this happens would we observe a failure of the black hole to obey conservation of momentum? Is it possible for clusters of very dense objects to produce asymetrical event horizons that would move with the objects? What would be implied by the movement being frozen in place when the event horizon forms. Angular momentum and gravatitational radiation has got to go somewhere. Does it accumulate under the event horizon untill it evaporates?
