YES ... it is possible ... but only if you throw away the concept of
the Cartesian closed system, in which "initial conditions" and the
problem of quantum/cosmic scales both are unable to be satisfactorily
represented.
Nature deals with eco-systems - an open systems architecture - in which
the energy and information are constantly being transferred between
entities by employing non-cartesian and non-linear relativities.
The scientific problem faced in drawing this comparison is the manner
in which one can - in a totally generic fashion - "measure" both the
energy and the information.
This problem arises due to the requirement of taking "instances"
which is (of course) the problem of the cartesian mathematical structure,
and the philosophical implication which are inherent in such approach.
Very good for closed systems - but not where both energy and information
are being exchanged at varying levels and in a non-linear fashion.
Contemporary science throws the eco-system into the "too hard" basket
but the pressures of future survival will wake up those who truly
wish to research the deeper truths concerning both terrestrial and
cosmic nature.

We all are ... ;-)
And the value of the matter, the energy and the information is in the
use to which you put it ... for all these things have no value in
themselves.
What then is the scientific terms for "use" as distinct from "work"?
It would indicate that there is an unlimited potential at all points.
Think about it as an natural and eco-systemic ZPF ...

prayed and fasted in the forest,
Not for greater skill in hunting,
Not for greater craft in fishing,
Not for triumphs in the battle,
And renown among the warriors,
But for profit of the people,
For advantage of the nations."
