What??? I envy your proficiency in a language not your own, far better than mine in Dutch (indeed, I have NO proficiency in Dutch, LITTLE proficiency in several othr languages)--BUT I think there must surely be something missing in translation. I can make no sense whatsoever of what you have written about consciousness. Is there some possibility of running these ideas past a Dutch colleague, IN Dutch and getting some report of the colleague's reaction? IF it makes sense in Dutch, it might be worth getting some help with the English translation.
