A follow up to an earlier posting of dr. CARASSO.
The following company produces vibration detectors (p-wave detectors):

QUAKE_AWAKE, Inc.
P.O. Box 67C58
Century City
CA 90067

Bougt one yesterday for $20.- (includes the 9V separate! battery),
from the Home Base hardware store.
I do not understand the legal claims in the warranty, however
it does beep! at the slightest touch.
CLAIMS about 30 seconds WARNING before the s-wave hits...t.b.d.
Anyone that had experience with this detector please post.

Dan.
