Is it possible to attach a tripeptide amino acid chain to expanded PTFE (polytetraflouroethylene aka Teflon)? This would have a great application in a device we are desgining for implantation into the body. Is it possible that the same techniques used to attach peptides to beads in solid state peptide synthesis might work here too? I'm perplexed about where to go for information. Any help would be greatly appreciated! You might save some people's vision if we can get this to work! Thank you very much, Jason Comander __________ Jason Comander Harvard Univeristy and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute (617) 493-3199
