NMR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (or graduate student, visiting scientist) are
available to participate in a NIH-funded project----Structure-based
Drug Design by using an integrated NMR and
computer modeling approach (with focusing on a GPCR-targeted new
drugs). NMR Lab is equipped with a Bruker AVANCE DMX500 system (with
four channels, a 5 mm inverse triple resonance gradient
probe and three-axes pulse gradient accessory) and a CMX300 solid-state
NMR system (with double and triple resonance probes), as well as
computer modeling packages (Tripos Sybyl and MSI Biosym). Experience
with biological NMR is preferred. Familiar with computer modeling is a
