Projects will focus on the biological functions of several newly identified Kr๏ฟฝppel-like factors (KLFs) and Wnt molecules in the above processes. Candidates should have a Ph.D. or M.D. degree with experience in molecular biology and preferably the following techniques: Northern and Western blot analysis, cell culture and transfection, in situ hybridization, and immunohistochemistry.
