As Features Editor of Information Highways Magazine, I am currently 
undertaking research for the June feature article on R&D applications on 
the Internet.  I am interested in hearing from scientists and 
anyone undertaking R&D activities in the context of how the Internet has 
transformed scientific and technical research and communications in the 
last 5-10 years.  For example, has the peer review process changed, is 
there one discipline (eg. mathematics) which has more readily moved to 
electronic communications with colleagues than others?  What are the 
issues?  What is the good news and the bad about using the Internet for 
scientific and technical research and publishing?
