It is the way to save but not waste codes if a geocode system includes the large
area of ocean and deserts since having no discriminations or least restrictions
posted on a geocode system can greatly help the compression of the code length.
Just because of this, the natural area coding system can create a geocode to
represent each area less than 25x50 meters all over the world.
