Two postdoctoral research associate positions at the Institute of
Human Virology, are available immediately to study the
structure/function relationships for human defensins and chemokines.
Experimental approaches used in our research include solid phase
peptide synthesis, protein folding and purification, structural
characterization, antimicrobial/chemotactic/anti-HIV/receptor binding
assays. Qualified candidates should have a recent Ph.D. degree with
demonstrable expertise in one of the following fields: protein/peptide
chemistry, microbiology, cell biology and structural biology. Salary
will be commensurate with experience. For consideration, please EMAIL
