There is plenty of room out there, I think it should be used to earn $$$ !

You could probably destroy satellites in GEO with something like that if you focused all the beam on one spot. A super high powered strobe light landed on the surface of the section of the Moon in shadow might be fun though. Who knows? Maybe it could recharge its batteries during the lunar day via a solar array, and keep working for quite some time. Pat
