Yes.

NASA costs about 15 billion. There
are 250 million people in the country. That comes out to $60 for every
person. My family of 5 is responsible for $300. That is too much.

And 15 billion divided by 1.5 trillion is 1 cent of every tax dollar not
1/5 of 1 cent.

Even if we add state and local it's 1/2 of 1 cent of every dollar.

That does add up. Consider a total tax bill of $3000, that's 30 bucks.
