When society stumbles, we all tend to look at our feet, instead of at the 
horizon.  Certainly, the debt seems crippling, but we are looking at our 
feet instead of to the future when we eliminate the high-tech industries 
that are going to be the basis of the future economy.  I intend for 
Canada to have a future beyond the next ten years, and space exploration 
can lead the way.
