My friend, I don't think we should be off colonizing any other planets, 
and I think it's irresponsible to consider that while ignoring the 
reasons we were unable to survive here!  I think all of this saved money 
could be used to keep the Jets in Winnipeg.:)  No seriously, why can't 
this money be reinvested to, oh, pay off the debt, which everyone wants 
to use social program money for.  When that's done, we can use it to 
provide free post-secondary education and improve our other levels of 
education...there are always ways to spend money.
