: this money be reinvested to, oh, pay off the debt, which everyone wants 
: to use social program money for.  When that's done, we can use it to

	I've always been an advocate of space exploration (any 
exploration for that matter), but at such a tremendous price for many 
fruitless missions, the money could be better spent, just like Stu 
mentioned.  The debt it Canada's main concern, not the outer limits on 
the galaxy.
	Once the debt has been financed, maybe we could then look at 
relocating the Jets to Hamilton (a city I might mention, that already has 
a first-rate Arena, and fan base of 2,000,000+ people)....
