Uh, Pat... a nit picking point of geography here.  The Quatara deppression
is in EGYPT, so, with the Egyptians, (this decade) being our friends,
there would indeed be confusion.  I presume you meant someplace like Al
Kufra, on the Western side of the Libyan  border with Egypt.  Yes?
