	The whole idea that a foreign nation can threaten us, and dictate to
us, with one ICBM is ludicrous.  The second any kind of a threat of that
nature is made, there is a very simple response.  You don't point a pea shooter
at the man who owns the gun store, for very good reasons.  One of the problems
many of the people posting to this thread have is perception.  They say 
"Saddam's crazy!  He'll happily sacrifice himself!, etc,etc."  But I note
that Hussein has shown a huge instinct for survival-I do not recall him budging
out from hiding during Desert Storm.  If he's so foolish as to make such a 
threat (and this is assuming he can build an ICBM within the near future, an
unlikely prospect), we should make it very plain what would happen if he did so-maybe even launch a preemptive strike, nuclear or non-nuclear.
