This is the eventual goal to save the couple of million lost in transporting and refurbishing delay. I don't think the Florida runway is optimal for all types of cargos. What is the reliability of landing times? Launches are often delayed for weather or breakdowns. Landings are often rescheduled for weather or mission changes. I have been hoping to catch one too and only live 2.5 hours away.
