For users in UK/Europe, these files are available by anonymous ftp from
ftp-hst.ast.cam.ac.uk in hst/pictures.

Note that, as other posters have pointed out, there aren't really that
many post-refurbishment pictures.

[I've set the followup to sci.space; this isn't really appropriate for
 sci.image.processing etc.]
