Neither have I, but there are a couple of chapters at the end
of my favourite biostatistics book by Jerrold Zar (Biostatistical
Analysis) on circular distributions: descriptive statistics and
hypothesis testing. This wonderful tome is a bargain at #22.95
for the hardback 3rd edition. ISBN 0-13-084542-6.
