Take a look at my own stat program called SIMSTAT v3.5 on the 
oak.oakland.edu (file simst35e.zip in lib /simtel/msdos/statstics).
It provides a wide range of statistical analysis from simple procedures
such as frequency, crosstab, to more advanced methods such as GLM 
Anova/Ancova and hierarchical multiple regression.  The program also
offers some analysis rarely found in other commercial programs such
as inter-raters statistics, sensitivity analysis (ROC curves), 
single-case experimental design, bootstrap resampling analysis, etc.).
