I would like to find the autocorrelation function for the Pulse time modulation function. PTM is a pulse time modulated signal from the pulse times of phase. The phase must be between 0 and 1, specifying the left edge of each pulse in fractions of a period. Duty cycle is a scalar between 0 and 1 that specifies the length of each pulse in fractions of a period. The function is defined as 'ptm' in matlab. I have been able to find the autocorrelation function for a PTM of zero phase and .5 dutycycle, but I am looking for something a little more general. To find the autocorrelation function, I understand that I need three different regions, thus three different integrals, but I am unsure on how to specify the limits of integration or the max and min values of the function. Thanks for your input! Sasha D. Lanning Graduate Student Researcher Mechanical Engineering, UC Berkeley
