Hello everyone,
I am looking for a data analysis package for list mode data from a flow
cytometer. I have some product information from Verity Software House
(in Maine). I also believe there is a software company in the San
Diego area though I have lost the reference. Does anyone have a good
experience with this type of software? And/or knows the name of the
company in San Diego?

TIA, Paul

The only commercial (3rd party) flow cytometry software that I've used is
multi2d from Phoenix flow systems. It produces excellent 3d colour
representations of the data that look great on screen and good (but maybe not
great) when printed for publication in black and white. :-(

I think Phoenix may be the San Diego company you refer to. The latest details
(2-3 years old) that I have for them is:

Phoenix Flow Systems,
11575 Sorrento Valley Road,
Suite 208,
San Diego, CA 92121

Phone (619) 453-5095
Fax (619) 259-5268

Before you rush out to buy a data analysis package have a look at what is
freely available over the internet. The place to go for this is

http://www.bio.umass.edu/mcbfacs/flowhome.html

where there is a catalogue of software written by and for flow cytometrists.
