Deep well slides - looking for a supplier

Hi,

I would be very grateful if anyone could suggest a supplier for deep-well
slides.

I have found companies selling shallow cavity slides, but I would prefer
something that could hold at least about 500 microlitres; I have heard
that
one can also get such slides with multiple wells (e.g. triple wells).

I've tried Fisons, Sigma, BDH, SLS, and others, but could not find
anything suitable. If anyone knows of any suppliers for such slides, I'd
be very grateful.

Thanks in advance,
