I've recently used Denzo and Scalepack to process image plate data but I'm not sure if the "h k l I sigI" file that it has produced is Lorentz and polarisation corrected. It doesn't say explicitly that it is in my ancient manual. Can anybody help? If it isn't LP corrected, can someone point me to any software to do the job. cheers Sherry ps Forgive my ignorance but I don't normally use image plates (I am not a protein xtallographer). -- Sheridan C.
