I am hoping to draw upon the collective experiences of the readership of this newsgroup. Monies are in hand (well, almost) and we will shortly be purchasing an image plate system to be used with a rotating anode generator. It is to be used for macromolecular crystallography. I would greatly appreciate hearing from current users (especially "owners") of image plate systems regarding their experiences with the currently available systems, both good and bad. I follow this newsgroup regularly so posting a response is fine; however, if you prefer, you can send me email at "ron.meleshko@UAlberta.Ca". All comments received via email will be kept strictly confidential. I thank in advance all of you that reply. If you have already seen this message, please use the email address in this message. The earlier post had a typo and should have been cancelled by the newssystem.
