I would like to thank all of the people who have posted and emailed valuable
information. The amount of response on this issue has been overwhelming. I am
in the process of composing a summary of all the information. As soon as it is
complete, I will post it. I will also find some way of making the responses
available for reading by all. I realize that some people may not wish their
messages make public so only those messages for which I receive permission will be
available.
Thanks,
Kevin
