Refurbish Rigaku Anodes?

Dear Colleagues;
This notice is by way of market research in search of organizations
that are willing to refurbish targets for Rigaku rotating anode generators.
We have an anode asssembly (for an RU 300 generator) that currently does not
provide a satisfactory vacuum. We suspect that the anode cup is leaking,
although the cassette seal could also be the culprit.
This unit was rebuilt for us by Rigaku USA, but we are not satisfied
with the result. We would like to investigate the possibility of entering
into a contract with a laboratory that is more skilled than ours in dealing
with these devices. Persons who might be interested in performing such
contract work are hereby asked to reply to this notice via the E-mail
address given below.
We would hope to have such a laboratory diagnose and repair defects in
units that we would ship to them. We would have to establish some sort of
mechanism for estimating the costs of such repairs in order to write a contract.
We are also interested in possible freelance service providers who
would be prepared to perform routine generator maintenance (such things as
anode cleaning, filament replacement, water seal replacement, etc) at our site.
Rigaku's prices are steep, they take a long time to get the work done,
and they apparently do not guarantee its successful completion.
