What do you mean by "d-value table"? The current version of the JCPDS PDF-2 
database contains nearly 60,000 entries and is about 220 MBytes long (on CD).

And, even if you were willing to download such a beast, I doubt you can, 
since it's copyrighted material.

My advice: ask your nearest crystallographer.
