Reading DOS format 3.5" disks on Mac Plus - Possible?

Is there a way to make a vanilla Macintosh Plus read DOS-format
135tpi 720k disks?  I've got a bunch of stuff I need to get from a DOS
machine to my Mac, and dread the thought of downloading it all at 2400 baud.
